How do I get points for my purchases?
You can earn points when dining in-restaurant by signing into your account on the Tabletop Device, through your RedLobster.com account or by scanning your receipt through the app.
If scanning your receipt, touch the "Scan and Receipt" button in the app, and your phone will switch to the camera view. Then, hold your phone over the QR code at the bottom of the receipt while in the app. This will scan the code for your purchase.
Points and rewards take about 24 hours to appear in your account. Please note that you can't scan the same receipt more than once, you can only scan 2 receipts within 24 hours, and you can't scan receipts more than 30 days old.
Do my rewards or points ever expire?
Points expire after 12-months of inactivity, but most rewards expire within 30-90 days. To see when your reward expires, just go to your app's navigation bar and click on Rewards or sign into your account on RedLobster.com or on the Tabletop Device in-restaurant.
Can I redeem my reward on delivery or to go orders?
You may redeem a reward only when placing your delivery or To Go order at RedLobster.com/rewards. Just sign in to your account when you place your order, and you can apply one reward to your order.
Is my personal information safe and how will you use it?
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us when you sign up. We may use this information to send you coupons, offers and other program-related communications. You will receive exclusive coupons/discounts/offers on Red Lobster menu items, promotions, news/alerts of NEW products, and much more! This information will come as a text message straight to your mobile phone.
How do I opt-in to fresh alerts?
Text your keyword to the phone number (ex: 677-66), just like sending a regular text message. Then, if you are a US resident, you will receive a text message back on your phone asking you to reply with your zip code to confirm receiving messages from Red Lobster. Once that is done, you will then receive a confirmation text that you joined Fresh Alerts and a coupon text 24 hours later (if applicable). Click on the link in the message to access your coupon.
