We’re always looking for ways to give back to our communities. What is the RL Shares program?
Every week, we donate unused, wholesome food to local food pantries and organizations. Since RL Shares started in 2003, we’ve donated about 20 million meals.
How do I buy a Red Lobster gift card?
To send a gift card via postal mail or by email, please visit our Gift Cards page If you’re sending a last-minute gift, we recommend getting an eGift Card for immediate delivery. Please note that Red Lobster gift cards can only be used in the U.S.
Where can I redeem my Red Lobster Gift Card?
Red Lobster Gift Cards are redeemable at all Red Lobster locations in the United States.
How do I use my Red Lobster eGift card?
When you receive your notification via email or mobile phone, you can view your eGift Card by clicking the "Activate your eGift Card" button. There are two ways to use your eGift Card:
- Print it: Click the "Print your gift card" button. Please be sure your printer is switched on and connected to your computer. Once your gift card has been printed, it can be used at any participating Red Lobster.
- Save it to your mobile device: Just show the eGift card on your device when you pay your check.
- Please note that Red Lobster gift cards can only be used in the U.S.

Where can I find information about nutrition and food allergens?
Most questions about nutritional content and food allergens can be answered on our Nutrition and Allergy Info page. You can see calories, cholesterol, fat and more for every dish by using our Interactive Menu. You can also download a PDF of this information. I know what I want to order, but I want to know my meal’s calorie content and other nutrition. How can I get this information?

How do I find allergy information for the menu?
Be sure to ask your server for specific allergen info for your order. You can also use our Food Allergy Wizard and our downloadable Allergen Guide to see which allergens are in which dish. Because recipes sometimes change, we update the allergen guide regularly. Please note the effective date printed on the guide and check our site for the latest version. You can also get a copy at your local Red Lobster.

My Red Lobster Rewards
WHAT IS MY RED LOBSTER REWARDS℠? IS IT FREE TO JOIN?
My Red Lobster Rewards is a rewards program that lets you earn Points toward Rewards. And yes, it’s 100% free. You’ll earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend on a meal at Red Lobster (with certain exceptions), and you’ll get a tasty Reward every time you hit 125 points. Trust us, if you love seafood, those points add up fast.
My Red Lobster Rewards is available to be used at all Red Lobster restaurants in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) by all U.S. residents who are the age of majority in their home state (which is usually 18 years old) with iOS 10.0 (or later) or Android 4.4 (or later) on their mobile device.

I ALREADY GET RED LOBSTER EMAIL AND COUPONS. AM I AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN MY RED LOBSTER REWARDS?
No. My Red Lobster Rewards is extra special, so you need to sign up through the app to get in on the point-earning action.
DO I GET ANY PERKS FOR SIGNING UP?
Yes, you’ll automatically get 75 bonus points as a welcome gift, so you will be just 50 points away from your first delicious Reward.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE AND HOW WILL YOU USE IT?
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us when you sign up. We may use this information to send you offers and other program-related communications. HOW DO I GET POINTS FOR MY PURCHASES?
It’s all about your receipt. Touch the “Scan my Receipt” button in the app, and your phone will switch to the camera view. Then, hold your phone over the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. This will scan the code for your purchase and the points will be added to your account right away.
When you earn a reward, it takes about 24 hours to appear in your account. Please note that you can’t scan the same receipt more than once, you can only scan 2 receipts within 24 hours, and you can’t scan receipts more than 90 days old.
I CAN’T SCAN THE QR CODE ON MY RECEIPT. CAN I STILL GET POINTS FOR MY MEAL?
Definitely. On the app’s Scan Receipt screen, tap “Enter Manually” and enter the 12 characters below the QR code on your receipt. Your points will be in your account within 24 hours.
WILL I EARN POINTS FOR ALL OF MY PURCHASES?
You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend at Red Lobster, except tax, tip, discounts, the purchase of gift cards and, depending on which state you’re in, alcohol purchases.
HOW DO I EARN A REWARD?
You’ll automatically get a reward every time you hit 125 points. It takes about 24 hours for your reward to become available, but it’s worth the wait. Every reward gives you a choice of three offers so you can pick the one that is best for you.
HOW DO I REDEEM A REWARD?
From the app’s Rewards screen, select which of the three choices you want to redeem. Just make sure you’re at a Red Lobster and ready to redeem your reward. Show the Reward screen to your server so they can verify the reward and apply it to your check.
DO MY REWARDS OR POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity, but most rewards expire within 90 days. To see when your reward expires, just go to your app’s navigation bar and click on Rewards.
MUST I BE AT A PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT TO REDEEM MY REWARD?
Yes, but on the plus side, you can combine Rewards with email or printed coupons and you can even redeem multiple Rewards at the same time. You can use the app to locate participating restaurants.
WILL I GET ANYTHING SPECIAL ON MY BIRTHDAY?
You sure will, as long as you provided your birthday when you signed up. If you didn’t, no problem. You can add it to your profile on the Account screen in the app.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
On the app’s sign in screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link where you can reset your password.

Fresh Catch News
How do I sign up for Fresh Catch News?
COMPLETE THIS SIMPLE FORM, and you’ll hear about upcoming events, specials, and offers. Please use only one email address per person.
Will I receive a Fresh Catch News membership card?
There’s no need for a card. All offers will go to the email address you provided, so make sure you’re using an email you check often. You should also add us to your address book so our emails don’t end up in your junk folder.
Will I get any special offers for my birthday if I sign up for Fresh Catch News?
Yes, you’ll just need to sign up and receive your confirmation email at least seven days before your birthday.
How do I use a coupon I received?
Just print the coupon or use your mobile device to show the coupon to your server before you order. Most coupons will have a dollar amount off with the purchase of two qualifying entrees, or half value for buying one qualifying entrée. If you have a question, your server will be happy to go over the terms of the coupon before you order.
- I haven’t received my Fresh Catch News offers or coupons. What do I do?
I can’t print my coupon. How do I redeem it?
Simply show the coupon to your server on your phone or other mobile device.

We offer party platters in two sizes. You can choose from Chilled Cocktail Shrimp, desserts (Chocolate Wave, New York Style Cheesecake with Strawberries) and our signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. For further information, please contact the manager at your local Red Lobster.
How do I see hours of operation, driving directions and menu prices?
You can get this information by choosing a specific restaurant with our restaurant locator, found at the top of every page:
- Set your location. You can use your current location or type in a city, state/province or zip/postal code. For a list of every Red Lobster in your state, just enter the state name.
- Enter your city or Zip code to see a list of Red Lobsters within 50 miles of that area.
- Select a restaurant to see its address, phone number, hours and menus with pricing. If no locations are found, it means we don’t have any restaurants within the radius you selected, so you may want to expand your search area.
