Our commitment to service doesn’t stop at our restaurants.

At Red Lobster, our commitment to service doesn’t stop at our restaurants. We’re a company with a conscience and service has always been at the heart of Red Lobster.

We serve our guests. We serve our communities. We serve each other.

Our Community Relations program celebrates the diversity that makes us the company we are today and the diversity that exists within the local communities we call home. It also represents our ongoing commitment to living our core values and is focused on supporting four key philanthropic areas: Hunger Relief, Disaster Relief, Seafood with Standards and Youth Development. Together, our company and our Team Members share time and resources in order to help the programs, partners and people in our key focus areas.

Red Lobster has several well-established national programs in place to support our people and our communities.

Feeding the Hungry (Hunger Relief)

Through the RL Shares program, we donate unused, wholesome food to local food pantries and community organizations every week. Since the program started, we’ve donated about 20 million meals.

Helping Each Other When We Need It Most (Disaster Relief)

The RL Cares Employee Emergency Assistance Fund allows us to help fellow employees facing financial hardship. Our employees voluntarily donate to the fund, which helps team members cover unexpected expenses in times of need.

Red Lobster is also proud to partner with the NAPA Seafood Foundation for the Seafood for Heroes program as a way to say thank you to healthcare providers and first responders during times of crisis, like COVID-19. Our partners provide the funds for the food, and we do the cooking and delivering.

Making a Difference Right at Home (Youth Development)

Because Red Lobster is headquartered in Orlando, we support the Heart of Florida United Way through our employee giving program, school supply drives and toy drives. We also raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, which includes sponsoring the annual Celebrate the Children event.

In addition to these company-wide programs, we provide four types of support in our local markets

  • Red Lobster Gift Cards

  • Red Lobster Gift Baskets

  • Dine-to-Donate Events

  • In-Kind Food Donations

Our Corporate office handles global requests and requests specific to the Orlando, FL community where we are based. Organizations are asked to submit requests for engagements and donations to: RedLobsterDonations@redlobster.com
