Five-Person Team has more than 36 Years of Combined Experience

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (November 1, 2005) — Dwyre McComsey, director of operations for Red Lobster restaurants in the area, has announced that Dave Bullock, Mari Holler, Tony Jackson, Misty Wilson and Jeremy Wyatt have joined the management team at the company’s newest Red Lobster in Southaven.  The five-person management team has more than 36 years of combined restaurant experience working with Red Lobster at its restaurants in Mississippi and throughout the country.

Dave Bullock is joining the new Southaven Red Lobster as the restaurant’s general manager.  A 10-year Red Lobster veteran, Bullock was previously general manager at one of the company’s restaurants in Memphis, Tenn. 

Mari Haller and Tony Jackson were named the restaurant’s new culinary managers.  Holler, who has worked at Red Lobster for over 11 years, was recently a culinary manager at a Red Lobster in Memphis, Tenn.  Jackson, who was previously a service manager at the same restaurant in Memphis, has been with Red Lobster for nearly nine years.

The restaurant’s new service manager is Misty Wilson.  Wilson, who has worked at Red Lobster for one year, was previously a service manager at a Red Lobster in Florence, Ala.

Jeremy Wyatt, the restaurant’s beverage and hospitality manager, has been with Red Lobster for five years, most recently as the beverage and hospitality manager at a Memphis location.

The new Southaven Red Lobster is located at 6535 Airways Boulevard at the Southaven Towne Center (off I-55) and will employ 161 crewmembers.
