ORLANDO, Fla. (July 12, 2005) Beginning today, July 12, Red Lobster offers guests throughout the United States a chance to celebrate summer with a variety of their favorite seafood dishes as part of the company’s new Summer Seafood Feast.
Offered for a limited time, the Summer Seafood Feast entrées include a choice of two or three of the following preparations: Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, Jumbo Crunch-Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Pasta and a Grilled Garlic Shrimp Skewer, as well as Crab Alfredo, Snow Crab Legs, Broiled Sea Scallops with crumb topping and a freshly grilled rainbow trout with citrus butter.
In addition, Red Lobster is featuring for the first time a creative, new preparation called Catfish New Orleans. The delicious Bayou-inspired dish includes a fresh catfish fillet, seasoned with an array of Cajun spices and topped with shrimp in a savory lemon butter sauce.
Aside from the Summer Seafood Feast entrée, guests also can enjoy Red Lobster’s popular Admiral’s Feast, Ultimate Feast and Seaside Shrimp Trio dishes, as well as a number of great appetizers, such as Lobster Pizza, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Ultimate Fondue and the New England Sampler (which includes Lobster, Crab & Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops and Fried Clam Strips). In addition, Red Lobster is showcasing a new recipe for its popular Bahama Mama drink, a frozen blend of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and tropical fruit, topped with Myer’s Dark Rum.
