Red Lobster offers a 10-week paid Restaurant Management Internship for rising college seniors. With your hospitality business education and previous restaurant experience, our Restaurant Management Internship gives you maximum exposure to crew member roles and management responsibilities in every part of our restaurant.

Ten weeks of hands-on training and management development projects will help you hone your management skills and gain unique insight into running a restaurant that will serve you well in your future endeavors. Of course, we hope your future includes Red Lobster!

At the successful completion of your Restaurant Management Internship, we're already thinking about you for full time career opportunities after graduation.

Internship qualifications

Rising Senior
Restaurant/Hotel/Hospitality Management Major
Restaurant experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills
Passion for restaurants

Internship Overview
The internship consists of hands-on training in all areas of the restaurant, developmental management projects, training tools including Online Training, Videos, Surveys, Reviews, Tests, Quick Reads and shadowing managers. Interns will average 40 hours of work per week.

$10.00 per hour based on a 40 hour work week
