Orlando, Fla. (February 28, 2006) — New on this year’s Lobsterfest menu are:

• Lobster Bisque – Back by popular demand, and perfect for warming guests up during the winter months, this creamy soup is packed with tender Maine and langostino lobster meat.
• Rock Island Stuffed Tilapia – This flavorful entrée features fresh tilapia stuffed with crab and seafood, roasted and topped with langostino lobster meat in a creamy lobster sauce.
• Harborside Lobster & Shrimp – A succulent rock lobster tail is paired with Red Lobster’s savory shrimp scampi and a skewer of grilled garlic jumbo shrimp.
• Classic Lobster & Snow Crab – A Maine lobster tail paired with a pound of tender steamed snow crab legs.

In addition to the four Lobsterfest specialties, Red Lobster also will be showcasing its Lobster Lover’s Dream (a rock lobster tail and a Maine lobster tail are paired up with shrimp, lobster and langostino pasta in a creamy garlic Alfredo sauce) and Ultimate Feast (a succulent Maine lobster tail with snow crab legs, shrimp scampi and lightly breaded fried shrimp).
