MAPLEWOOD, Mo. (January 9, 2006) Roger Bresnahan, director of operations for Red Lobster restaurants in the area, has announced that Melissa McHenry, Shawn Massa, Jeff Fujawa, John Duffy and Chuck Aldridge have joined the management team at the company’s newest Red Lobster in Maplewood. The five-person management team has more than 44 years of combined restaurant experience working with Red Lobster at its restaurants in Missouri and throughout the country.
Melissa McHenry is joining the new Maplewood Red Lobster as the restaurant’s general manager. A 15-year Red Lobster veteran, McHenry previously was general manager at one of the company’s restaurants in Bridgeton.
Shawn Massa, who has been with Red Lobster for five years, was named the restaurant’s new culinary manager. Previously, Massa was the culinary manager at the Red Lobster on S. Lindbergh Boulevard in St. Louis.
The restaurant’s new service managers are Jeff Fujawa and John Duffy. Fujawa, who has been with Red Lobster for 15 years, was previously a service manager at a location in Chesterfield. Duffy, who worked as a service manager at the Crestwood Red Lobster, has been with the company for one year.
Chuck Aldridge, the restaurant’s beverage and hospitality manager, has been with Red Lobster for nearly eight years. Aldridge was most recently a culinary manager at a Red Lobster in Alton, Ill.
The new Maplewood Red Lobster is located at 2381 Maplewood Commons Drive in the Maplewood Commons (off Highway 40 and South Hanley) and will employ nearly 160 crewmembers.
