RED LOBSTER OFFERS GUESTS A SEASON FULL OF FAVORITE SEAFOOD FEASTS
Create Your Own Feast Celebration includes 2 New Best of Sea Selections

ORLANDO, Fla. (November 22, 2005) — This holiday season, seafood lovers can feast on an array of premium dishes at Red Lobster.  Beginning today, Red Lobster restaurants across America will offer a variety of seafood delights as part of the “Create Your Own Holiday Feast” celebration.

“Our guests love variety and value, and there is no better way to give them both this holiday season than with our Create Your Own Holiday Feast promotion,” said Red Lobster President Kim Lopdrup.  “This year’s event features succulent, freshly prepared dishes.  These premium selections are perfect for families and friends gathering over the holidays for a wonderful dinner. There is something for everyone.”

By choosing the “Create Your Own Holiday Feast” entrée, guests can pick two or three premium selections.  New selections this year include Lobster, Crab & Seafood Stuffed Shrimp (butter-flied jumbo shrimp stuffed with lobster, crab and other seafood topped with Monterey Jack cheese and a creamy lobster sauce) and Lobster, Crab & Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. 

Other “Holiday Feast” selections are: Snow Crab Legs, Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, Jumbo Crunch-Fried Shrimp, Jumbo Shrimp Scampi, Garlic Grilled Jumbo Shrimp on a Skewer, Crab Alfredo and Fresh Tilapia that can be broiled, blackened, grilled or fried.  Another great choice is Salmon New Orleans, a delicious Bayou-inspired dish that features pan-seared fresh salmon and shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices and a savory lemon butter sauce.
