RED LOBSTER ANNOUNCES MGMT TEAM FOR NEW RESTAURANT IN LIVERPOOL
Five-Person team has More than 33 years Combined Experience

LIVERPOOL, N.Y (October 31, 2005) — Michael Bonawitz, director of operations for Red Lobster restaurants in the area, has announced that Dave Kenney, Bill Mihalitsas, Wes Hurwitz, Shannon McNamara andJonathan Silsby have joined the management team at the company’s newest Red Lobster in Liverpool.  The five-person management team has more than 33 years of combined restaurant experience working with Red Lobster at its restaurants in New York and throughout the country.

Dave Kenney is joining the new Liverpool Red Lobster as the restaurant’s general manager.  A 20-year Red Lobster veteran, Kenney was previously general manager at the North Syracuse location. 

Bill Mihalitsas was named the restaurant’s new culinary manager.  Mihalitsas, who has been with Red Lobster for six years, was recently the culinary manager at the Syracuse Red Lobster on Erie Boulevard.

The restaurant’s new service managers are Wes Hurwitz and Shannon McNamaraHurwitz, who has worked for one year at Red Lobster, was previously a service manager at the North Syracuse location.  McNamara has been with Red Lobster for nearly three years and joins the Liverpool restaurant after just completing the management-in-training program in Rochester, N.Y.

Jonathan Silsby, the restaurant’s beverage and hospitality manager, has been with Red Lobster for three years, and recently completed the management-in-training program in the Buffalo, N.Y. area.

The new Liverpool Red Lobster, which will employ 125 crewmembers, is located at 3938 State Route 31 near the Great Northern Mall (off Route 481) and will replace the Red Lobster at 905 North Main Street in North Syracuse which closed October 30.
