RED LOBSTER ANNOUNCES MGMT TEAM FOR NEW RESTAURANT IN BRISTOL

BRISTOL, Va. (September 21, 2005) — Wilburn Eason, director of operations for Red Lobster restaurants in the area, has announced that Rob Speas, Brent Rabren, Nat Henley, Shone Riley andBo Sells have joined the management team at the company’s newest Red Lobster in Bristol.  The five-person management team has numerous years of combined restaurant experience working with Red Lobster at its restaurants in Virginia and throughout the country.

Rob Speas is joining the new Bristol Red Lobster as the restaurant’s general manager.  A five-year Red Lobster veteran, Speas previously was general manager at one of the company’s restaurants in Hickory, N.C. 

Brent Rabren and Nat Henley were named the restaurant’s new culinary managers.  Rabren, who has been with Red Lobster for two years, recently was the beverage and hospitality manager at a Red Lobster in Charleston, W. Va.  Henley also has been with Red Lobster for nearly two years and previously served as a crewmember at the company’s Christiansburg location.

The restaurant’s new service manager is Shone Riley.  Riley, who has been with Red Lobster for six years, was previously a culinary manager at a location in Knoxville, Tenn. 

Bo Sells, the restaurant’s beverage and hospitality manager, has been with Red Lobster for nearly one year, and joins the Bristol restaurant after just completing the management in training program in Johnson City, Tenn.

The new Bristol Red Lobster is located at 3167 Linden Drive (at Exit 7 off I-81) and will employ nearly 130 crewmembers.
