RED LOBSTER ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR NEW RESTAURANT IN SECAUCUS
Six-Person Team Has More Than 30 Years of Combined Experience

SECAUCUS, N.J. (August 30, 2005) — Chip Knott, director of operations for Red Lobster restaurants in the area, has announced that Agam Vaidya, Kevin Slater, Richie Rodriguez, Susan Berkoski, Justin Holt and Ellen Rockwell have joined the management team at the company’s newest Red Lobster in Secaucus.  The six-person management team has more than 30 years of combined restaurant experience working with Red Lobster at its restaurants in New Jersey and throughout the country.

Agam Vaidya is joining the new Secaucus Red Lobster as the restaurant’s general manager.  A 12-year Red Lobster veteran, Vaidya previously was general manager at a restaurant in Union city. 

Kevin Slater and Richie Rodriguez were named the restaurant’s new culinary managers.  Slater, who has been with Red Lobster for almost four years, recently was the culinary manager at the East Brunswick Red Lobster.  Rodriguez has been with Red Lobster for five years and previously served as the beverage and hospitality manager at the company’s Times Square location.

The restaurant’s new service managers are Susan Berkoski and Justin Holt.  Berkoski, who has been with Red Lobster for three years, was previously a culinary manager at the Scranton, PA, location.  Most recently, Holt worked as a service manager at the Paramus Red Lobster.  He has been with the restaurant company for three years.

Ellen Rockwell, the restaurant’s beverage and hospitality manager, has been with Red Lobster for almost three years.  Rockwell just completed management training in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The new Secaucus Red Lobster is located at 700 Plaza Drive in Harmon Meadows Plaza and will employ nearly 160 crewmembers.
