Crack all 8 eggs into mixing bowl and whip until frothy. Season lightly with salt and pepper. |

Heat butter over medium heat in a non stick 10” skillet |

Add asparagus to skillet and cook lightly for approximately 30 seconds |

Add eggs. Stir constantly with a heat resistant spatula for about one to two minutes until eggs begin to cook. Allow eggs to cook for another two to three minutes without stirring, allowing them to fully cook. |

Carefully remove the egg from the skillet in one piece, and place on top of pizza crust. Top the egg with ˝ of the goat cheese. |

Place crust and egg in 400 degree oven for four to five minutes, until crust crisps slightly and cheese melts |

Remove from oven. To serve place slices of Smoked over top of frittata, and garnish with remainder of goat cheese |
