The Fresh Catch Club is about sharing the love of seafood with our treasured guests. And serving you more — as often as possible. Sign up free and get exclusive discounts, benefits, updates, promotions and sweepstakes via e-mail. It's fast, easy and ultimately, quite delicious.

Does it cost anything to join the Fresh Catch Club?
The Fresh Catch Club is free for all. The only thing you ever have to give is a couple of minutes to fill out the signup form. It's just our way of thanking you for your loyalty to Red Lobster and the best seafood on earth.

How can I edit My Fresh Catch Club profile?
Just click Change User Info on any Club page to change your personal information and update preferences.

Is there a membership card for the Fresh Catch Club?
Nope. All you need is an e-mail address to receive all the special offers and promotions from the Fresh Catch Club. No card is necessary (or available).

Where can I find discounts and coupons?
All special offers and promotions are communicated via e-mail and RedLobster.com. From time to time, you might have to print a special offer in order to redeem it. Stay in the know by checking your e-mail and looking for special opportunities.

How do I enter the Passion Prize Sweepstakes?
When you join the Fresh Catch Club, you're automatically entered into the Passion Prize sweepstakes. Look for opportunities in your inbox to enter more than once and increase your odds of winning.

How come I never received anything for my birthday?
You may have entered your birthday information incorrectly when you joined the Fresh Catch Club. Please check your profile to make sure this information is correct.

What happened to the Passion Meter?
Unfortunately, the Passion Meter was technically flawed. And we have no way to fix it at this time. For now, consider it a done deal. However, know that we're still committed to giving you periodic discounts, benefits and special offers as a member of the Fresh Catch Club. A new program will eventually reward loyal friends and customers with greater accuracy.

What happened to my Passion Points?
All charter members of the Fresh Catch Club, who signed up on or before January 26, 2001 are being rewarded for their enthusiasm. Our new Club program doesn't rely on point accumulation. Rather, you're eligible for chances to earn great benefits immediately upon signup.

Will the Passion Meter ever come back?
At this point, we don't really know if it will ever return. We couldn't bring it back unless it worked flawlessly. We're excited about the possibilities with our new Club because there's no need to track points any more. You get full benefits from day one.

What is the Passion Prize?
As a further reward for loyal Club Members, a special link will be inserted in online newsletter and e-mails. Simply click on the link and you'll automatically be entered for a chance to win a fabulous sweepstakes Passion Prize.

How often do the prizes change?
Every four to six weeks, the prizes for Club members change. This month you might win a lobster dinner delivered fresh to your door. Next month, it might be a valuable gift card. Watch for special offers in your e-mail box. It's all part of sharing the passion for great seafood with our guests.
