Gentlemen,

I was thoroughly enjoying the video on preparing crab cakes and the Southern Boil. I noticed that the garlic heads were sliced in half, as mentioned by Chef. Do you put them directly in the boil with the skin or do you peal them? Are they served as part of the dish?
