Chef, In the recipe box, you are missing spinach in your ingredients for the Sun-Dried Tomato Tilapia in a Bag. How much is needed? Thanks, Calugi

The Lobster Bisque is great!!!
Years ago you had another dish on the menu called "Icelandic Lobster". Will you ever bring that dish back as a menu item?

just wanted to tell you both that you have inspired me to try to cook fish.... I have stayed with the basics of chicken, tried meat and not yet succeed on that yet... But fish the way y'all (its a Texas thing) make it seem so simple and delicious. I can't wait to try it! I am not a professional cook, but I am finding my passion in cooking. Thank you, for your ideas I hope you see each other as teachers and showing me new things. Keep it up and I am glad that I found your Podcast =)

rule # 1 don't mix oil and water together...learned that the hard way,

Our family loves Red Lobster!!! We always order the calamari and veggies and stuffed mushrooms when we go to Red Lobster. We love them both. I would appreciate the recipes so we could enjoy them at home in between visits to your great restaurant. Thanks

Dear Chef Michael, I found your site while looking for fondue sauce recipes, and I think it is a wonderful find! My question is unrelated, though. Years ago, Red Lobster was a favorite of my husband and I for our "date nights" - you could say we were regulars at the Red Lobster in Marquette, MI. Our very favorite dish there was an appetizer of grilled shrimp with volcano sauce. We used to buy the sauce in one quart containers when we could. Then Red Lobster stopped offering that sauce and we really miss it!! We no longer live in Marquette and over the years I have repeatedly tried to duplicate that wonderful sauce, and though I have come close - no cigar. We would be so thrilled to have that recipe if you can find it. The era was 1995-1998 or so.... Obviously we haven't forgotten it - it was that good. Thanks for trying if you can.
Marlene
